How can I specify phone dialing settings for a location?
Because direct dialup modem ports (X.PC ports) are no longer supported, phone dialing settings are unnecessary for a Network Dialup location or its connection. To use Network Dialup, you must have remote access software configured in your operating system, and specify phone dialing settings that software instead of in IBM®Lotus Notes®.

Note: Do not use the Notes® Direct Dialup location or connection.
